I love to imagine and create things. Above all else, this is what I love. Whenever I walk into any room, after assessing any threats, I look at physical things. I see something and I imagine how it works. I look at how efficient it is. Most importantly, how can it be integrated into a vehicle. I love many different types of transportation but I’m a car guy for one simple reason: I can’t afford a space fighter.
Being limited to terrestrial travel for the time being, my mind is always on building a vehicle that could go anywhere and do anything, except escape the atmosphere. My thoughts get pretty extreme so when I think all terrain, I think ALL terrain. Amphibious, submersible, aerial, completely modal.
I’m pretty utilitarian, so form follows function with me. With no real schooling or money to speak of, my weapons are my imagination, curiosity, and persistence. It turns out that these things are more valuable than any training or financing. I’ve learned that understanding the fundamentals, the basics of absolutely everything, means you can create anything.
While I’m artistic to my core, I think like an engineer. I think of how it can be physically done. Never if, how. Make it work first, then make it look good.
The ARX is a series of vehicles envisioned and developed over decades. This is what I will dedicate my life to creating. It is not the best version of anything. It is not a superlative. It is not a “fill in the blank”-killer. It would actually be best described as the Iron Man suit if it were a car.
